First Day Of The 2nd Lockdown In Toulouse
A cleaning man walks in a nearly empty street during the first day of the 2nd lockdown. France enters its first day of its 2nd lockdown. The lockdown (for now) will end on Decembre 1st. There is fewer people in the streets than normal days as stay-at-home directives are enforced even if this second lockdown is less stringent than the first one during the spring. The French government took these measures as the Covid-19 infection rate is soaring. All shops deemed 'non essentials' are closed until further notice. Cinemas, theaters, cafes, restaurants, bookstores are closed. On October 30th, 2020 in Toulouse, France. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
