Partial Lockdown Announced In Poland

A man wearing a face mask is seen exiting an underground passage in Warsaw, Poland on November 3, 2020. The Prime Minister's Chief of Staff, Michal Dworczyk on Tuesday announced the government is again considering increased restrictions as the number of coronavirus infections in the country topped 400 thousand. Restaurants, bars and gyms have already been closed for over a week as part of a two week partial lockdown. Authorities are counting on current restrictions to impact the number of daily cases to prevent having to impose a full lockdown and overwhelming the already stressed healthcare system.
