Day Of Dead Mexico

Young people from different communities on the Costa Chica of Guerrero, Mexico, on November 3, 2020 show their traditional masks of the dance of the devils, a traditional dance of African origin dedicated to the god Ruja that Afro-Mexicans keep in force to worship the dead. The celebration takes place from October 31 to November 2, the devils dance from the pantheon to the church to bring the souls of the deceased so that the souls can visit their loved ones in the world of the living, at the end of the devils pass dancing house to house to collect the souls and accompany them back to the pantheon.
