March For Freedom In Paris

Demonstrators turned on the flash of their smartphones on Bastille Square to defend the freedom values of France this Saturday, November 28, 2020, as several tens of thousands of people participated in the great March of Liberties in Paris to protest against the Global Security Bill which aims to prohibit the dissemination of images of police officers in France and the widespread use of surveillance methods such as drones and facial recognition. While the demonstration was peaceful and full of signs and opposition slogans, at the end of the demonstration many clashes broke out between Black Blocks and Police officers on the Place de la Bastille.
