Daily life in Eindhoven city in the Netherlands with people wearing face masks as they are outside walking or on the bicycle, using the facemask as a protective safety measure rule against the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic outbreak is mandatory in all the indoor public spaces since December 1, 2020. The Netherlands since Tuesday 13 October 2020 when the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced that the country goes into a partial lockdown, closing the bars and restaurants, mandatory use of face mask indoors, limitation to the number of people gather indoors, sports activities and more are also affected. The country has been one of major hotspots in Europe. From December 1 anyone over 13 who does not wear a mask in an indoor public space, such as a shop, council office, railway station, library or cinema, risks a €95 fine despite the fact that the paperwork of the new law is not complete.
