A line of taxis awaiting for customers near Grafton Street in Dublin city centre. Taoiseach (Irish PM) Micheal Martin announced last Friday plans for the easing of nationwide Level 5 lockdown restrictions and the reopening of the country over a number of phases from today, December 1st, in the run-up to Christmas. The first phase concerns all shops, hairdressers, gyms, cinemas, museums, galleries and libraries allowed to re-open after six weeks of closure. On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in Dublin, Ireland.
