Virus Outbreak Mexico

Medical personnel carried out new rapid tests for COVID-19 antigens in a health mega kiosk located in the Xochimilco mayor's office after the increase in coronavirus cases in the capital. Contrary to this, some people visited the street stalls located in the same esplanade to buy decorative Christmas items such as spheres, light series, plaster figures of the Child God, among others. The Ministry of Health in Mexico has a record of 1,175,850 accumulated cases confirmed by COVID-19, 109,717 deaths and 866,118 estimated recoveries. (Photo by Gerardo Vieyra/NurPhoto)
