The Government has decided to evacuate some flats inside a Tower 8 of Richland Gardens a residential housing block in Kowloon Bay district, the building has been experiencing an outbreak of Covid-19 cases, this comes as Hong Kong is facing a four wave of COVID-19 cases and the government implementing tough restrictions to curved the spread of the Coronavirus.
