Nurses Protest For More Means In The Middle Of The Covid-19 Pandemic Crisis
Nurses react. Doctors, nurses, nursing auxiliaries and ordinary people protested against the lack of means for public hospitals as thenumber of Covid-19 infections is rising. They also protest as every part of public health services in France suffer from a lack of money and people. However, fater walking 300m, they're blocked by riot police (CRS). Since several months, personnel working in public hospitals demand more means and more people. The Covid-19 pandemic has put french public hospitals at saturation point. They denounce a reduction of people in emergencies services in public hospitals and demand 10 000 nurses more. Toulouse. France. January 21th 2021. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
