Almost million people sign petition health care cuts

THE HAGUE - On Friday June, 19th several hundred people gathered near parliament to hand over a petition to MP’s. The petition has been signed by almost 800.000 people and aims to stop or reverse budget cuts by lawmakers on health care. The health care sector which was previously heavily subsidised by government has been largely privatised resulting in lowering of quality and severe cuts in wages and personnel.
