Protest Against Turkey's Withdrawal From Istanbul Convention

Women and LGBTQI activists protest Turkey’s withdrawal from the Istanbul Convention in Istanbul, Turkey on March 20, 2021. According to a presidential decree published on Saturday, Turkey withdrew from Istanbul Convention, a treaty on preventing violence against women and domestic violence which was signed in 2011.
