Daily Life In Warsaw
Pro-life advertisements are seen on billboards in Warsaw, Poland on March 28, 2021. The Fundacja Kornice has reportedly spent several tens of millions of zloties on anti-abortion billboards across much of Poland. The Polish government has recently further restricted laws on abortion making it only possibel in cases of rape or when life of the mother is in danger. The recent law amendment criminalizes abortion in cases of malformed fetuses which until now is the main reason for abortions in Poland. Critics fear the changes will push more women into situations where they face high financial burdens and or danger when needing an abortion. (Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto)
