Mayor of Bogota, Claudia Lopez announce a new quarantine for Bogota amid the third wave of the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, COVID-19, new measures include that people depending on the ID finishing number can go out on the odd or even days and enter commerce, banks and services, and a 4 day quarantine starting on Thursday april 8 and ending on monday april 12 that restricts the entire city, measures will be used during the two following weekends and the restrictions to commerce and banks for two weeks.
