The Island Of Legality In Bisceglie
The roundabout with four installed silhouettes depicting Paolo Borsellino, Giovanni Falcone, Peppino Impastato and Sergio Cosmai in Bisceglie, April 9, 2021 Yesterday the Island of Legality was inaugurated, the roundabout at the intersection of via Giuliani, via Fragata and via Cala dell'Arciprete in Bisceglie, where four life-size sheet metal silhouettes depicting Men who symbolize the fight against the mafia were installed: the magistrates Paolo Borsellino and Giovanni Falcone, the journalist Peppino Impastato, the director of the Cosenza prison Sergio Cosmai, a citizen of Bisceglie. The project was managed by the students and school staff of the IISS "Sergio Cosmai" under the patronage of the Municipality of Bisceglie. On the roundabout, located in a busy street and near several city schools, four panels were also placed bearing citations on the civil and moral commitment against crime.
