Felix Salgado Macedonio, candidate of the Morena political party for governor of Guerrero, and dozens of his supporters, carried out a caravan from Acapulco to Mexico City which culminated in a sit-in outside the offices of the National Electoral Institute (INE for its acronym in Spanish) to demand to the instance not withdrawing his candidacy for not having submitted pre-campaign expenses.
