Rinconcito De La Esperanza In Mexico City

Exterior view of La Abuela tortilla factory, located in the Tlalpan district of Mexico City, during the COVID-19 health emergency in Mexico. Dalia Dávila and Fernando Lozano, in charge of the place, started a project called Rinconcito de la Esperanza, in memory of their son Leo, to help the community through face-to-face and virtual classes for children and adolescents to continue their studies during the pandemic and regularize their studies with the help of volunteer teachers specialized in a subject. The objective is also to instill a social, humanistic and violence-free education to those who participate in any way. (Photo by Gerardo Vieyra/NurPhoto)
