Actors And Dancers Perform In Shop Fronts To Raise Awareness About Their Precarity

An actress disguised in nun holds a cross reading '1945 order'. This order prohibits the transformation of a theater in another thing. Disguised culture workers (actors, live artists, dancers, musicians, technicians, etc.),and collectives (Aux Arts etc, Arts en greve...) organized a procession towards a theater (Pavillon Mazar) expected to become a restaurant or a giant loft to inform people about and to protest against the new reform of unemployment benefits. Culture workers demand also the extension of the white year ('Annee blanche') which extended their unemployment bebefits due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After the procession, artists performed inside sevral shops windows against precarity and to raise awarennes about their condition after more than one year of closing. Toulouse. France.
