Holy and Great Saturday Eastern Orthodox Christian service is held at Saint Trinity church in Yambol, Bulgaria in the evening of Friday on April 30th 2021. The Matins of Holy and Great Saturday takes the form of funeral service for Jesus Christ in the Eastern tradition. А procession with the Epitaphios takes place around the outside of the chuch. The Epitaphious is an icon in the form of a cloth embroidered with the image of Christ prepared for burial and the procession resembles the carrying of His body to the grave.
