Feast Of San Nicola In Bari
A faithful lights a candle in front of the statue of St. Nicholas in the Basilica of St. Nicholas in Bari on May 7, 2021. The Basilica of San Nicola open to the faithful to admire the statue of San Nicola and the show la Caravella behind closed doors in the churchyard of the Basilica but visible on TV and on social networks. Due to the limitations linked to Covid, the Feast of San Nicola loses its character as a mass event for the second consecutive year, transforming itself from a historical parade into a show with dances, music and lights. The show was performed by the Badatea company and the dancers, together with the actors, orchestra and singers. (Photo by Davide Pischettola/NurPhoto)
