SAO PAULO, July 7, 2015 () -- A demonstrator takes part in a protest against a Constitutional amendment that reduces the country's age of criminal responsibility from 18 to 16 years, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on July 7, 2015. According to local press, the reduction that was approved in a first instance on July 1 by the Chamber of Deputies, would apply in heinous crimes such as rape, kidnap and homicide.
