Portugal on Friday surpassed 900,000 cases of Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic and is in a race against the virus and against time to vaccinate the population. The country administered more than 611,000 vaccines in four days, between Monday and Thursday, according to the "working group" that coordinates the vaccination.
