Waimea Canyon In Hawaii
Waimea Canyon on the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i, Hawaii, USA, on July 14, 2007. Waimea Canyon is known as the Grand Canyon of the South Pacific. It is approximately ten miles (16 km) long and up to 3,000 feet (900 m) deep, located on the western side of Kaua'i.
