Eid Al-Adha Traditions In Central Sulawesi

A small business actor arranges bamboo rice that has been burned in Palu, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on July 19, 2021. Bamboo rice is a snack made from white and black glutinous rice mixed with coconut milk that is inserted into bamboo. Cooking is done by burning. Bamboo rice is made every time to celebrate religious days, both Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Christmas, and the new year. This bamboo rice tradition has been passed down from generation to generation by the local community. During the COVID-19 pandemic where people's movements are restricted, selling bamboo rice is done online through social media and various other online sales platforms.
