Daily Life In Canada

Close-up of a thorny weed growing during the springtime in Ontario, Canada. The Canadian government has banned most chemical sprays to prevent the growth of weeds and many Canadians have resorted to buying them in the United States and illegally transporting them across the border to control the weeds on their lawns. In an attempt to curb the use of chemicals and protect the environment and groundwater deposits, the Canadian government has started a media campaign to try and educate homeowners on the dangers of the use of chemicals.
