More people are seen traveling on the underground, as the nationwide Covid-19 alert level has been lowered to level 2, in Taipei, Taiwan, 31 July 2021. Restaurants and non essential businesses in some cities have been reopened, but the island is facing difficulties in the supply of AstraZeneca, Biontech, Moderna and Medigen vaccines, even though it’s economy is showing good signs.
