YEG Sausage Battle 2022 In Sherwood Park

Pit Masters, Russell Bird and Ron Yoneda from 'You Need a BBQ' grill store, barbeque sausages provided by 11 butchers from Edmonton and the surrounding areas during the 'Bangers and Beer' YEG Sausage Battle', a fundraiser for the World Butcher Challenge 2022. Next year, the very first Team Canada will be competing at the World Butcher Challenge in Sacramento, a mighty battle of 16 teams from around the world, also known as the Olympics of Meat. Edmonton has two competing members on Team Canada, Elyse Chatterton and Corey Meyer. All money raised from this event will go towards training, travel, and practice for the team.
