Fights Out Of A High School For Political Reasons In Thessaloniki
Petrol bombs and flares thrown from the school. Incident with fights between nationalists in a high school in Stavroupoli area of the Greek city Thessaloniki, against university students who demonstrated outside of the school for the new government reforms. The far right backed political group supported by the Golden Dawn attacked the students with Molotov cocktail petrol bombs, fire crackers, flares, stones and sticks. Police used tear gas and stun grenades to prevent the attack. 2 students have been injured, many in shock while police did 6 arrests and 39 detentions.
