Turkish Lira Slides After Central Bank Shake Up

On Oct. 17, 2021, the Turkish lira traded at record low rates against the US dollar and Euro. Turkey's currency has been falling in value following high level replacements by presidential decree at the nation's Central Bank, further straining the economy amid high inflation.
