Italian Minister Dario Franceschini Visits The Newly Restored Brunelleschi Fortress

Italian Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities and for Tourism Dario Franceschini visiting the Brunelleschi Fortress in Vicopisano, province of Pisa, Italy, on November 4, 2021. In 1406 after Florence army captured Vicopisano, the last stronghold of the Republic of Pisa, a new fortress was required and Florence commissioned Filippo Brunelleschi to produce a design.
