Nor'easter Storm Hits New York City

Powerful winter storm warnings for much of the eastern United States, low temperatures, heavy snow and winds, including dangerous blizzard conditions that will paralyze travel in some areas. The National Weather Service has issued blizzard warnings from the southern tip of Delaware's Delmarva Peninsula to the Jersey Shore, and from the eastern tip of Massachusetts to the Maine coast.
