Residents witness a wild crocodile measuring about four meters long sunbathing on the banks of the Palu River, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on February 3, 2022. Wild crocodiles that have made the river their habitat are often a spectacle when they are sunbathing and are entertainment for residents local. Dozens of wild crocodiles live in the river. Several incidents of crocodile attacks on residents often occur. The local government could not prevent it because it did not have facilities for captive crocodiles.
