Muslim Migrant Graveyard Near The Greek Turkish Borders
Muslim migrant graveyard near the Greek Turkish borders, a special cemetery made only for refugees and migrants. More than 300 unmarked graves of asylum seekers, people who illegally crossed the borders from Turkey to Greece and have died on the way, most of them drowning or from the severe cold. Many of the deceased in this cemetery are unidentified. Greece with the support of the EU is fortifying the borders with more armed personnel, camera towers, watchtowers, thermal cameras, drones, Zeppelin surveillance airship, heavy vehicles and more FRONTEX officers in addition to the 5-meter tall concrete-filled fence that covers an area of more than 40KM along the Evros river ( Meric ) and the wetlands.
