The trucker convoy that has been targeting Washington, DC for the past week circles the Capital Beltway again on March 11. The truckers and their supporters are demanding an end to the state of emergency declared for the coronavirus pandemic, as well as an end to national mask and vaccine mandates, even though no such mandates exist.
