Judges of Holosiivskyi District Court during the trial of two alleged Russian soldiers Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Alexander Alexandrov (not seen),in Kiev, Ukraine, 29 September 2015. According to the Ukrainian army,Yerofeyev and Alexandrov, were captured not far of pro-Russian rebel controlled territory near the town of Schastye, Luhansk, area on 16 May 2015. Moscow has insisted that the prisoners were former soldiers who were in Ukraine of their own volition. Kiev has alleged that they are Russian troops sent to fight in the pro-Russian separatist rebellion that has gripped the country's two eastern-most regions for one and a half year.
