Iran, Donated Collection Of Archaeological Objects

Two Iranian men visit the exhibition of donated collection of archaeological objects at a show hall in an Iran National Museum building in southern Tehran on May 22, 2022. This exhibition includes more than 1,500 artifacts from the prehistory to recent centuries which consist of artifacts that resemble artifacts found in archaeological sites of Shahdad, Qeytariyeh, Khorvin, Lorestan Bronze, Sassanid silvers, and etc. More than half of them are genuine artifacts, but the others objects are either forged artifacts or require further research. According to the statement written by Iran National Museum for the exhibition. (Photo by Morteza Nikoubazl/NurPhoto)
