Mango Harvest In India
India is the largest producer of mango in the world and accounts for around 50 per cent of the global mango output. Unusually high temperatures during the flowering season in February and March this year have hit the mango crop. Here the mango is being picked off from the tree's high branches at an orchard, and the stalks of the mangos are cut with a knife for removing saps, to keep the mangos delicious at Tehatta, West Bengal; India on May 30, 2022.
