Social Workers Protest For A Bonus As Health Workers
Two protesters have placards on their back reading 'Same work, same obligations, why not us ?'. Called by two trade unions, CGT and SUD, social workers gathered in Toulouse as in other french towns to demand a monthly bonus of €183 as health workers benefit after the so-called 'Segur de la sante' (ie Segur of health). They demand a rise in wages and not only a bonus as inflation grows. They protest aslo after the Laforcade agreements which gives a monthly bonus of €183 but only for some workers (social workers working in an health center with disabled people).
