NYC: Climate Die-In Financial District

Fridays for Future New York City (FFF NYC) activists participated in a climate die-in at Bowling Green Park, New York City on June 10, 2022 calling on major banks and asset managers to take concrete steps to divest from fossil fuels. This comes as the most recent IPCC report says that we must immediately stop the construction of new fossil fuel infrastructure, and emissions must be halved by 2030 for a chance at a livable future.
