Street in front of Saudi Arabian named Jamal Khashoggi Way in Washington, DC

Speakers at Washington, DC’s designation of Jamal Khashoggi Way in front of the Saudi Arabian embassy take a group photo with a street sign. Khashoggi was a Saudi citizen and dissident journalist and was a regular contributor at the Washington Post. He was murdered and dismembered at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, on October 2, 2018. It is widely believed that his murder was ordered by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
