Jamal Khashoggi Way unveiled in Washington, DC
Tawakkol Karman (left) and Nihad Awad (right), board members of Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN), celebrate after the unveiling of Jamal Khashoggi Way. Washington, DC renamed teh street in front of the embassy for the DAWN founder. Khashoggi was a Saudi citizen and dissident journalist and was a regular contributor at the Washington Post. He was murdered at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, and it is widely believed that his murder was ordered by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. (Photo by Allison Bailey/NurPhoto)
