Corpus Christi Thursday In Mexico
Children dressed as "inditos" outside the Church of the Lord of Calvary in Mexico City, on the occasion of Corpus Christi Thursday, better known as "Day of the Mules". According to the faith, girls and boys are dressed in indigenous costumes in commemoration of Juan Diego, who is considered the "archetype and symbol of the indigenous Christians of yesteryear".
