Moria Camp the biggest refugees camp in Lesbos Island
Lesbos is the main gateway for migrants arriving in Europe, especially Syrians fleeing the war in their country. More than 400,000 refugees have crossed the Aegean Sea from Turkey and arrived at the Greek island this year. According to UNHCR, around 70% of these were Syrians. Refugees are waiting during hours or days to be registred and to get their paper. A refugee is climbing on the fence to have access to the Citizenship and Identification Centre (hotspost).
