Part Of Beirut Port Silos Collapses
A helicopter drops water over the devastated Beirut port wheat silos after part of it collapsed just five days before the 2nd anniversary of the 4th of August 2020 massive explosion that ripped through the harbour in which more than 200 people lost their lives. A fire has burned at the northern part of the silos for about three weeks, giving off an orange glow visible at night from nearby neighbourhoods, and Lebanese officials warned last week that part of the silos could collapse.
