Toulouse Suffocates During The 3rd Heatwave Of The Summer
A pharmacy thermometer indicates +42°C in Toulouse. France is again suffocating as another heatwave begins. Temperatures will hoover near heat records especially in the south. France is 4 to 10°C above normal temperatures for August. In July, rain was 88% less abundant than normal : France is experiencing its worst drought since rain records began in 1959. SW of France and Toulouse are enduring another round of scorching heat. It's the 4nd heatwave in France in 2022, one in the spring in May, and 3 during this summer (to date). Water restrictions are in place in all France, someplaces haven't drinking water and must be resupply with trucks. In Toulouse, water sprayers have to close due to water restrictions. Toulouse.
