Inflation Reduction Act passed by the House of Representatives

Rep. Sean Casten (D-IL) celebrates passageof the Inflation Reduction Act after voting in the House of Reprensentatives. The House reconvened during the August recess for a special session to vote on the version of the Inflation Reduction Act passed by the Senate on Sunday. The bill passed on a party-line vote of 220 to 207; all House Republicans voted against the legislation.
