Elderly man sleeps outside the entrance to the Selva Sannidhi Murugan Temple (Selvachannithy Murugan Kovil) as he takes refuge from the hot mid-day sun in Thondaimanaru, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The temple complex is dedicated to Lord Murugan and according to the history, was attacked by the Buddhists who burnt the temple and its wooden chariots to the ground.
