Housing Crisis In Belgium

The 190 homes of the Garden district of Sint-Bernadette are being demolished. The Sint-Bernadette district was built in the 1920s and has a long history as a garden district. That the 155 houses and 36 apartments are outdated and have technical defects. 250 new social housing units will be built on the site, but the project will take several years.
