Lybia Tripoli Helicopter Crash

(151027) -- TRIPOLI, Oct. 27, 2015 () -- The official spokesman for the Ministry of Defense of the National Salvation Government Mohammed Abdul Kafi speaks at a press conference in Tripoli, Libya, Oct. 27, 2015. A helicopter carrying 23 people crashed Tuesday off the coast of Al-Maya, 25 km east of the capital Tripoli, according to a military source. The source said that there may not be survivors, as the helicopter crashed and was fully submerged in deep sea water. (/Hamza Turki)
