Life in Liviv, Ukraine carries on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 even though the country is at war with Russia. The Russians invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and more than 9 million people left the country. The situation is changing. More Ukrainians are returning home trying to resume a normal life.
