While commemorating Arbain in the holy city of Karbala, Shi'ite pilgrims receiving medical care at a medical center organized and equipped by the Iranian Red Crescent Society, September 12, 2022. Arbain walking is a religious ceremony and gathering by Shi'ite Muslims from the borders of Iraq to the holly shrine of Imam Hussein in the holly city of Karbala that means pilgrimage and gathering all of them on the day of Arbain.
